Voice-Commanded Strategy

Radio General

It's WWII. You're a general, sitting in a tent. All you have is a map and a radio. Win the battle.

The Premise

Command by voice, decide in the dark

Radio General is a real-time strategy game where you can't see your units. Instead you talk with them over the radio — receiving verbal reports and issuing orders back. War is confusing: your units won't always know what's going on, and you must make tough decisions on incomplete intel.

Clear your throat

By combining speech recognition with full voice-acting, you'll feel like a general on the horn with your troops.

Detailed simulation

Ammunition, morale, camouflage, sight and stamina are all modelled. Elevation and terrain heavily influence battles — a smaller force ambushes better in a forest, a road is fast but exposes you, a hill extends your reach. Study the map carefully.

Choose your companies

Each company has unique strengths and weaknesses, quirks and personalities — zealous officers may refuse to retreat. Veterans gain specializations. Exhausted units perform poorly, so watch your rotations.
